Welcome to the OACAS Members Only Website

Please login with your work email address in the Username field. If for any reason you do not have a CAS-related work email address, then please use your personal email address instead. The password remains the same as the one you have always entered. If you do not know the password and are affiliated with a CAS, please email webadmin@oacas.org to request it.

In addition to the Members website, OACAS has other websites available to its Members:

  • OACAS Groups - This portal is used by network groups to collaborate online
  • OnLAC - This portal is for the Looking After Children program, and is open to all foster parents and CAS staff
  • OntarioYouthCAN - This portal is open to all youth in care, and CAS staff
